Author's note: im trying a new style of writing. im eliminating names as much as i can and only gives strong hints of who the main people are. it's pretty much easy really.
ive been thinking about this kind of wrting ever since i finished Club Night. i mentioned our & the boys' names almost in ever sentence in that fic. then after that (if you managed to notice) i decided to use "he" & "she" or "the boy/guy" & "the girl" on all the rest of the fics after i have mentioned their names in the beginning (read Tin's b-day fic for proof)
so anyway, this is my first fic using the "no names" style. hehe.

A black car rounded up the corner and entered the hospital driveway. It stopped on front of a girl waiting at the entrance.
The girl got in the car and they drove away.
Inside the car, the two people stayed silent for several minutes.
"uhmm...how are you doing?" the guy driving strated.
"im...fine" the girl in the passenger seat answered.
It was a very awkward situation for the both of them.
"mom is really excited to see you again" the guy continued.
"mama was actually hoping you'd visit but I told her you were busy...so..."
They were talking, yes, but not making eye contact. Choosing to look at other thigs but not each other.
"mom was pretty sad when I told her we broke up" the guy took a glance at the girl sitting next to him trying to see her reaction.
The girl was surprised that he brought that topic up but kept her composure.
"she was hoping you'd finally be her daughter in law"
She couldnt help but smile at what he had just said. She already knew about that but it felt different coming from him.
"AHA! There you go" the guy suddenly cheered surprising her.
"huh!?" she looked at him confused.
The first eye contact after the break up.
"you smiled. i missed that" he smiled widely at her. He knew his smile always has that effect on girls but with her it means more.
"you still haven't changed" she smiled back.
The awkwardness seemed to have gone.
"when you think about it, they have been hoping we'd marry each other even before we were born."
She laughed a little.
He was glad they were able to talk again.
"so...how are you and yoojin?" she had been thinking about it and was surprise that she had said it out aloud. She immediately glanced at him for his reaction.
He didnt show any.
"i'm sorry...i didnt mean..."
"no it's ok. uhmm...were ok, i guess." He didnt feel comfortable talking about her.
Another silence enveloped them.
"we dont really talk that much" he broke the silence first "she's...different from you."
She turned at what he had just said "is that a bad thing?...being different from me?"
"kind of. cause with you i can talk about anything. im just myself when im with you" he looked at her when he said that.
She broke the eye contact first and looked at the streets outside.
"how about you and calvin?" he was also thinking about it.
She turned to him frowning "who?"
"calvin. the guy you met at micky's party two weeks ago" he was surprised she already forgot about him.
"oh him..." she answered cluelessly trying to remember the guy "wait, how did you know him?"
"the company is currently working with their company for a project. He knew we were pretty close so he asked me for your number."
He was surprised when calvin asked him about her. He didnt like to give him her number, he even turned him down several times but the guy was persistent.
"oh" she was pretty disappointed that he gave her number to that calvin guy easily "he kept on calling. pretty annoying actually" she went back looking outside again.
He laughed "so that's why he complained about you not answering his calls"
After that, they stayed silent again for a few minutes.
"what were you doing at the hospital anyway?" it was him who started the conversation again.
"i-i went to see dr. tankiatsy" her heart started to beat faster. She grasp her bag tightly.
Red light. Stop.
The car stopped at a red light.
"dr. tankiatsy? isnt that your ob-gyn? are you still having problems with your cycle?" he looked at her concerned. He knew she had a recurrent problem with her monthly cycle.
"no...not really" she had been thinking of ways on how to tell him and thought it's now or never. She took a deep breath and just let it out...
"im pregnant" she didnt look at him but stared at her hands.
He was taken aback at what she had just said. He was still staring at her but not saying anything.
He opened his mouth but closed it again as if thinking of what to say.
He looked at her again a couple of times before responding.
"h-how...long have you...been...??" he finally asked although thoughts still has not recovered.
"a little over two months" she answered. Eyes already watering.
He combed his hands over his hair and closed his eyes trying to take everything in. He just found out his ex-girlfriend is pregnant.
"but we were careful"
His statement hurt her. Tears streamed down her face unconciously. She tried her best to cry silently. She knew it shocked him but she didnt expect that to come from him.
"have you told anybody yet?"
"no" she fought to steady her voice
"when are you planning to tell them?"
"i dont know"
He gripped the steering wheel and steadied himself.
Green light. Go.
The car started again.
The two stayed silent. He, deep in thought while she wiped her tears and tried to stop crying.
"Tonight" he suddenly spoke.
She looked up at him both surprised and confused at what he had just said.
"we're telling everyone at dinner tonight" he looked at her intently, His voice was calm and soft but determined.
They stared at each other for what seemed like forever. His eyes seemingly saying he will take care of everything and not to worry.
She held his stare and understood more than what he had said and what his eyes expressed. she nodded with courage now that she had him by her side.
The rest of the ride was spent in silence. Both staring ahead of the road.
This is it. Both thought as they neared a NO U TURN sign. There's no turning back now.
