Jaejoong found out that love is when you learn that you can't live without that person.
When Kristine went missing, he panicked, threw terrified looks at the other members every few minutes until Yunho gave up.
"there's nothing we can do," the leader said "our schedule is full today and without you there's even more work left for all of us to do. manager-hyung is going to kill..."
Jaejoong stood up, chair squeaking against the tiled surface noisily. "i'm going." he said.
"hyung, don't ..." Changmin began but Jaejoong was already out of the room. The door slammed shut behind him with a bang.
Yoochun laughed "they're really going to get killed, you know."
"he said he'd take all the blame." Yunho said, shrugging "it's none of our business now, we did our job."
Changmin yawns and stretches. "the things people do for love. tsk tsk" he said philosophically.

Kristine looked at her vibrating cellphone and hides a smile.
When it stoped moving "twenty-three missed calls" blinked on the screen.
She tossed a pebble into the stream, watched as it plunged into the water through the ripples.
Footsteps. She turned.
There was Jaejoong, face red, panting with his palms on his knees. "i thought..."
"so little faith in me?" she teased, stood up and walked towards him.
"paboo-yah" he said "do you know how much trouble i've gotten into just because of you, i..."
Her grin widened. "then why'd you come in the end?"
He opened his mouth and started "because..." still thinking of a good excuse "just because..." he stomped his foot like a little kid.
Because he can't find any words to describe the extraordinary sensation that spreads throughout his body whenever he is with her.
Refusing to accept his defeat he bent down, grabbed a few pebbles and playfully threw them at her.
"you -" she yelled but smilling.
He ran while she chased after him.
The sunset in the backgroud was picture-perfect.
